To provide services that meet community needs, the Council plans for service provision into the future. In 2009 Council adopted a 4 Year Delivery Program (2009-2013). The annual Operational Plan for 2012-2013 contributes to the delivery of this program (Year 4) and is now on public exhibition.

Talking together for many years, you've told us about a number of priorities you'd like Council to address. These include the renewal of parks and sporting fields, upgrading of community buildings, continuing the public amenity/toilet block replacement program and important works to revitalise our Penrith and St Marys City Centres.
